Lene is a primary school teacher, while she has been working mainly with Key Stage 1 students for 10 years. Teaching children has given me first-hand experience of the value of mark making.

The Little Learners program is a fantastic way to engage young children and develop their physical skills, such as core strength, coordination, and social skills. It’s also good for kid’s writing skills if they are engaged in messy play sessions. Each week we practise a different shaped mark.

As the children practise making marks, we can start to show them how to form letters and numbers.

This is great for getting them ready for school!Classes are mixed-age, with activities for babies through pre-schoolers. This makes them perfect for siblings.
