The Team of Roger, Bev and Jack are in the mood to make you feel a bit mushy and slushy, with the feeling of love, and to celebrate all things Valentine’s.  
Cllr Sarah Jane Croke joins us to ‘Share the Love’, now if you fancy some wine for Valentines or anytime really Marce Colucci from shares his love of wines to us. A regular guest on the show is Sarah Sylvester – Thoughts versus Facts podcast, to share her stories on how she will be spending the special day.  
The guys and gals behind Nelly’s Doughnuts have a go at their Free Ads Spot, how will they do?

Chocolate Brownies and Fudge with Kate Ellis from and we hear from

Mandy Dineley – with an alternative to the cards and flowers.
